I accept most formats on CD-Rs, DVD-Rs and DAT.(44,1khz to 96 khz)(16 to 24 bits),WAV,AIF,(No Mp3 please). You can send your work by standard mail or, you can put your work on a ftp or file sharing website of your choice, they are many available services now.
As a matter of fact, It is always better to record/bounce your tracks at 24 bits depth as it preserves a low noise ratio level.
Also,I strongly recommend to leave a minimum of 3 dBfs headroom on your recording(between peaks and "0 dBfs"):this will leave me enough space to work: it is better to win a few dB with additionnal analog gain stages, tubes path.An already normalised or maximised file don' t let me enough headroom to work with.
